New York, NY - Junior LSU WR Rueban Randle won the Heisman Trophy last night, Beating out 2009 Winner Mark Ingram of Alabama, and Freshman teamate QB/WR Cameron Treangan. Calling it "one of the most emotional days of my life," Randle accepted the trophy and thanked teammates Jordan Jefferson and Russell Shepard. "Jordan and Russell should have been here, not me."
Meanwhile, the internet stirred with memes of Randle's acceptance picture. The "emotional" response spurred many farks around the internet.
Randle has already announced that he intends to leave for the NFL following the Fiesta Bowl.
