Week 11 Preview

Game(s) Of The Week:

#4 Clemson @ #17 Florida State
Winning Streaks, Conference Supremacy On The Line

The Clemson Tigers make their way to Tallahassee this week for their long-awaited showdown with conference rival Florida State. In a game full of back stories and drama, at the forefront stands first place in the ACC Atlantic Division, and in all liklihood, the winner will secure itself a place in the ACC Championship Game. The 17th-ranked Seminoles have reeled of six condecutive wins and have found creative ways to utilize star WR/RB/QB Preston Parker. Clemson's senior running back James Davis continues to remain on top of the Heisman watch list with his running and pass catching ability. With two stars of this caliber on the field, there's no doubt who both team's defenses will be keying on.

#20 Alabama @ #8 LSU
Winner Takes Reigns in SEC West

For the first time since leading LSU to the 2003 National Championship, Nick Saban will return to Death Valley. LSU will be favored to win, but Saban insists this one aint over till the FAT LADY sings. LSU QB Jarrett Lee continues to play mistake free football, and the Tigers ground game and 3 or 4 tailback arsenal will be difficult for the 20th ranked Crimson Tide to defend.

Other Week 11 Games:

#2 Florida @ Vandy
The Gators tune-up for next week's battle with South Carolina, which will decide the SEC East Champion. Vandy is winless on the season.

#10 South Carolina @ Arkansas
The Gamecocks travel to Fayetteville (aka the middle of nowhere) to battle the Hogs. Arkansas has pulled an upset or two this season, but look for Carolina to stomp them en route to next week's battle in Gainesville. Despite it's loss against LSU in Week 8, the Cocks are back in the top 10 and remain a dark horse to jump back into the national title picture if they win out. Arkansas has a few ideas on how to contain South Carolina QB, Stephen Garcia.

#19 Virginia Tech @ Maryland
The Hokies will all but lock up the ACC Coastal Division crown with a big win on the road.

Boston College @ Auburn
The Tigers can still become bowl eligible by winning out, but upsetting BC in Chestnut Hill won't be easy.
